CHALLENGE /

180 x 50 meters, the elongated aspect of the project plot on the Corniche Road of Jeddah, posed the main challenge which drove the design concept of this F&B and hotel complex.

CONCEPT /

16 F&B units with faceted frontages open up onto a main plaza on the ground level, extending the Corniche walkway into the complex. The plaza promenade is further continued upwards through amphitheater steps and escalators leading onto two signature restaurants which also have their private drop-off zones and main lobby from the back street.

A five-story high 150-key four star hotel rises on top of the restaurants with its entrance lobby and drop-off area also accessible from the back street.
