A four star hotel is to be developed on a site that is exceptional in all its elements as it lies along two main highways that delimit the capital of Nigeria, Abuja's Central Business District.

Being one of the fastest growing cities in the world, Abuja has been experiencing an increase in demand in the hospitality sector.

CONCEPT /

Abuja is a city that is characterized by its lush landscape. The design concept lies in bringing the landscape upwards by introducing a 'green park' every five floors thus creating pleasant spaces for the hotel amenities and public areas.
