CHALLENGE /

One of the very first projects to be developed on the new Al-Marjan Island in Ras El Khaimah, the hotel resort benefits from uninterrupted sea views from both its sides and has direct connection to the public beach area in front of it.

CONCEPT /

A total of 634 bays are aligned on four tiers and generate 180 hotel rooms and 275 residences. The two inner tiers open up onto a central courtyard that boasts an open-air garden, a concept derived from the brand name of the hotel operator.

The outer tiers follow through their dynamic form the organic shape of the land lot and give the structure a wavy flow which complements both the surroundings and the ocean.
