CHALLENGE /

A private residence for a client with a refined contemporary architectural taste, the villa is located in Al-Bassateen, one of Jeddah's trendiest residential quarters.

CONCEPT /

A minimalist approach was adopted throughout the design process: simple and clean thin slabs cladded in quartz contrast with the roughness of the travertine walls which veins run in the horizontal direction. The linearity is then broken by vertical sun-breakers that add a playful dimension to the overall composition.
